Sheldonian Theater

The Sheldonian Theater , located at Oxford in England, is one of the first achievements of the English architect Christopher Wren, whose construction lasted of 1664 with 1668. The name of the place finds its origin in the person of Gilbert Sheldon, principal financial contributor with the project which it financed with height of 14.500 £, and chair Université of Oxford in 1667.
