Shavkat Mirziyoyev

Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev (in Uzbek; in Russian: ШавкатМирамановичМирзиёев, transliterated in Chavkat Miramanovitch Mirzioïev or Mirzieïev , born in 1957) is current the Prime Minister of the République of Ouzbékistan. It was named at this station by President Islom Karimov the December 12th 2003 and was confirmed in its functions by the Uzbek supreme Parliament ( Oliy Majlis ). It replaces at this station the former Prime Minister O `to tkir Sultonov.

Before its nomination, he was governor of the province of Djizak, then of Samarkand.
