Sharcoux

In the work of J.R.R. Tolkien, Sharcoux ( Sharkey in the original version) is the character who directs the Comté to the return of the Hobbit S hero of the Seigneur of the Rings in their country.

After the battle of Lèzeau, Frodon discovers that Sharcoux is Saroumane. Although the latter tries to kill it, Frodon decides to save it and it is finally its assistant Gríma Language-of-Snake who cuts the throat of his bad Master.

The name Sharcoux comes from the word orquin sharkû “old man”. It was thus named in Isengard and the name followed it in the County.

In the film adaptation of the novel realized by Peter Jackson, Sharcoux is the name of simple a Orque which directs the attack of Wargs on Rohirrim ( the Two Turns ).
