Shadow Lady

Shadow Lady ( SHADOW LADY , shadôredi ) is a Manga of Masakazu Katsura. Published in French with the editions Tonkam, it comprises three volumes.

This manga is strongly inspired by the Comic S of Batman, whose author is a large fan.

Short summary of the history

Aïmi, timid young girl, work in a coffee, in Gray City. But the night, using a magic make-up coming from the world malefic, it is transformed into Shadow Lady, a sexy robber who turns the police force in she-ass each time.

Aimi meets Bright Honda, beautiful young man, and in tomb in love with the first glance. But this one is police officer and has only one idea at the head, to stop Shadow Lady…

Characters

  • Aimi Komori (小森アイミ): 17 years timid young girl, who lost very early her parents. She only saw, and works in a coffee. By using the make-up brought by Demo it becomes Shadow Lady, robber sexy without complex. She tries décomplexer without make-up, but has much evil.
  • Demonstration, or Demota (デモ or デモ太): under an appearance of little boy, it is actually a small demon, come from the world malefic. It gave to Aimi the make-up which enables him to change. Actually he seeks to make himself useful, this is why he came in the human world.
  • Bright Honda (本田ブライド): 25 year old police officer. Genious inventor, it came to Gray City with a single aim of capturing Shadow Lady, which it likes.
  • Limette/Spark Girl (細川ライム/スパークガール): to seventeen, it is in love with Bright, with which it made in the time of the spectacles with their inventions. It came to defy Shadow Lady which stole the heart of Bright.

Make-up

The make-up used by Aimi comprises four colors:
  • black: Traditional Shadow Lady.
  • red: she has all the capacities of a cat.
  • blue: she can fly like a bird.
  • yellow: she runs like a rabbit, with very an high speed.

Except the black, the effects last only ten minutes.
