Synopsis

In Paris fine XIXe beginning XXe, the Spectrum, genius of the evil whose cruelty is with the measurement of its démoniaque aspect, prepares plans machiavelic to destabilize France and to terrorize its population… But the Picon police chief and Dr. Renoir take care and track the Spectrum. During this time, the Gold louis burglar and his cousin decide to visit the bad house, the precipitant thus in the claws of the spectrum.

Analyzes

The series proposes a curious mixture of Arsène Lupin, of Sherlock Holmes, Belphégor and Fantômas with a key of Fantastique and Gore. The characters are rather tasty, the obsolete charm of the time is very well returned (see also to them false publicities in fourth of cover).
