Shâhrokh Châh

Shah Rokh (Persan: شاهرخ) (death in 1796), was the small son of the emperor of Iran Nadir Shah and member of the Dynastie Afsharide.

It took the control of the Khorasan after the death of Nadir Shah in 1747 and made Mashhad the capital of its kingdom, on which it reigned of 1748 with 1796.

When Karim Khan took the control of Persia, it made of Rokh Shah the governor of the Khorasan. A few year later, at the time of a revolt, one burst the eyes to him. It however continued to reign on Khorasan until Aga Mohammad Khan takes the control of the country. Aga Mohammad Shah conquered Khorasan in 1796 and made torture in dead Shah Rukh because he believed that this one knew where the treasure of Nadir Shah hid.
