Sexual assault

A sexual assault is a Sexual relation not agreed, imposed by a constraint physical or psychological, and considered as a Crime in the majority of the countries. Certain jurisdictions treat in a distinct way the aggression implying a Pénétration, specifically indicated like a Viol and constituting a Sexual crime.
