Severine Brémond

Severine Brémond (born the August 14th 1979 with Montpellier) is a French player of Tennis , Professionnel since 2002.

Severine Beltrame (of her name of young girl) married Eric Brémond the September 10th 2005. Contrary to other players pro, Severine played forever on the circuit junior. She started to play tennis at the 11 years age, thanks to her mother, Anne Marie Barry. At present, it did not gain yet of title WTA.

Wimbledon 2006: the revelation

In June 2006, Severine passes by the qualifications and rises in the final table. Then 129e world player, Severine gains her first tower vis-a-vis Anastasiya Yakimova. With the following turn, it creates the feeling by eliminating Patty Schnyder, 10th world. It confirms its performance by beating accuracy Argentina Gisela Dulko 7-6 5-7 7-5 by saving five match points to the passage. And it fairy tale is not finished: at the time of its 4th turn, it draws aside Have Sugiyama, tombeuse Martina Hingis with the preceding turn, in two handles to be offered a place in quarterfinals vis-a-vis to Justine Henin-Hardenne. Unfortunately for Severine, walk was then too much high and the Belgian put an end to his unexpected course, eliminating it on the score from 6-4 6-4.
