Geography

It is born with the foot from the hill from Montlieu-the-Guard, high 142 meters. Below Dovecotes, it is duplicated. The principal branch, that of right-hand side will fall into the Charente to Port-Chauveau . The other connects is subdivided in several arms, which fall in their turn, 3,4,6,7 kilometers lower.
