Setouchmax

Setouchmax corresponds to a class of Vraquier S having the necessary size to make stopover with the ports of the Inland sea of Seto; this zone is in particular known for the Naval construction and the needs for the industry of the Acier (Iron ore in particular).

In order to be able to reach all the major ports, the length is restricted to 299,9 m (overall) and the Tirant of water to 16,1 m, a constraint more marked for the Minéralier S; a new class of ships thus emerged especially for this zone. Their Port into heavy typical is of 205  000 tons.
