Series 11 (SNCB)
The series 11 is a series of twelve locomotive electric polycourant ordered in 1985 by SNCB in order to be able to tractor draw the oars Benelux towards the Netherlands, where the network functions under 1,5 Kv. They are painted in the delivered Benelux (Bordeaux wine and cream).
The engines of series 11 are used on the line Brussels - Amsterdam, towing cars Dutchwomen. However, with the construction of the line at high speed 4 connecting Brussels to the Netherlands, this service should be assured soon by TGV. The engines of series 11 will be probably reallocated with the traction of goods trains towards the Netherlands.
