Sergio Kokis
Sergio Kokis is a Romancier and painter Québécois born with Rio de Janeiro with the Brésil, the May 6th 1944.
He knows a difficult childhood which leads it to the nine years age in institution of rectification. He continues his studies however and attends the École of the fine arts of Rio, before studying in Philosophie.
In 1966 it obtains a grant in France where it supplements a Maîtrise in Psychologie with the Université of Strasbourg. He immigrates in Canada in 1969 and is engaged like Psychologue with the psychiatric hospital of Gaspé. The following year he becomes doctor in Clinic psychology of the Université of Montreal.
He teaches at the department of Psychologie of the Université from Quebec in Montreal. Since 1975, it also works as part-time psychologist with the Hôpital Holy-Justine.
Starting from 1973, it off studies in School Art and Design of the Musée of Beautiful arts of Montreal and with the Center Saidye Bronfman of Montreal.
Since May 1997, it is devoted only to the Peinture and the writing.
