Serge Weinberg (born in 1951) is president of Weinberg Capital Partners .
It begins its career as sub-prefect in various assignments (1976-81), before becoming Principal private secretary of the Minister for the Budget (Laurent Fabius, 1981-82) then to join the world of the company while becoming Executive vice president (Finances) of FR3 (1982-83). He is then successively Managing director then President of Havas Tourisme (1983-87) and Managing director of Pallas Finances, subsidiary M&A of the Bank Pallas (1987-90). In 1990, it joined the Pinault group as President of the CFAO (French Company of Africa Occidentale). It is then named President de Rexel (1991-1995), subsidiary of the group Pinault-Spring-Redoute (PR) of which he becomes President of the Directory (1995-2005). Serge Weinberg is President not-executive of the Board of directors of Accor, administrator of Schneider Electric, the Fnac, Artémis and Gucci. He is also member of the Economic commission of the Nation and various associations with nonlucrative goal. Serge Weinberg is bachelor of law, graduate of the Institut of political studies of Paris and former student of the National school of Administration (ENA -1976).
In April 2007, it is promoted Officier of the Légion of honor.
