Serge Lepeltier
Serge Lepeltier is a Politician French born with the Veurdre, in the Allier, the October 12th 1953.
Course
Graduate of HEC, it misses the entrance examination to ENA and directs himself towards a professional path in the trade. In 1975, it joined UDR (the future RPR which will become the UMP), then, in 2005, the Radical party.En 1978, it is beaten with legislative in the Moselle. He is nevertheless appointed Cher of 1993 to 1997. He is elected mayor of Bourges in 1995 against Jean-Claude Sandrier (PCF) and is re-elected in 2001. He cumulates this mandate with that of senator of the Cher obtained the September 27th 1998.
Le March 31st 2004 in the third government of Jean-Pierre Raffarin, Serge Lepeltier replaces Roselyne Bachelot-Narquin with the Ministère of ecology and sustainable development. He is rather appreciated for his serious at this station.
Après its departure of the government, it was re-elected mayor of Bourges in June 2005. In September 2005, he desisted in favor of Rémy Pointereau (dissenting UMP) which had preceded it of 19 vote at the conclusion of the first turn of the senatorial election partial of Expensive caused by the resignation of its substitute.
