Serge Larcher

Serge Larcher (Born the October 17th 1945 with Diamond in Martinique) is Maire of the Diamond and Senator of Martinique, related with the Socialist Groupe of the Senate. This Professor d' Histoire and of Geography was elected senator of Martinique the September 26th 2004.
