Serge Boutinot

Serge Boutinot is a Ornithologue of Saint-Quentin (Aisne). He was the author of many scientific publications before directing himself more clearly towards protection of nature with the creation of the Natural reserve of the marshes of Isle towards his commune and his participation in the creation of the Rassemblement of the opponents to hunting (ROCK).

He is also the author of a thesis entitled ecological Étude of the avifauna of the Vermandois. Structure, dynamics and constant evolution of the populations since 1950 the April 23rd 1980 with the University of Rheims.
