Serge Blanco

Serge Blanco (known as the Peeled of Rugby ), born the August 31st 1958 with Caracas with the Venezuela (of a father Venezuelan and a mother Basque), is a player of Rugby to XV French become leading sportsman thereafter. Blanco arrives to France whereas he is still child.
