Serge Bilé (born the June 26th 1960) is free a Journaliste of the Ivory Coast which currently works with RFO- Martinique. He is the author of tests and documentary on the black world African, West-Indian, and South American. He is also founder of Akwaba , intercultural association of the Ivory Coast and inhabitant of Martinique the purpose of which is to create bonds between the Africans and the West-Indians.
