Send Me year Angel is a ballade of the German group of Hard rock Scorpions present on the album of 1990 Crazy World . With the famous song Wind off Exchange, Send Me year Angel took part largely in the success of the album and is today one of the most famous ballades of the group. This song known a great success through Europe being classified in others 5th in the charts in Germany, 8th in France and 27th with the the United Kingdom. With the the United States it reached the 44e place of the Billboard Hot 100 and the 8th place of Mainstream Rock Chart.
It appears on the majority of the best-of post-1990 group. An orchestral version of the song with the orchestra philarmonic of Berlin was carried out for the album Moment off Glory . The Italian singer Zucchero sings as a guest on this version. An acoustic version was also carried out for the acoustic album of 2001 Acoustica .
