Senckenberg research institute
Research institute Senckenberg (in German Forschungsinstitut Senckenberg ) is a structure belonging to the Muséum Senckenberg of Francfort-sur-le-Main. The scientists of the research institute deal with the scientific collections of the Muséum as a conservative but also in their research program. They have also the responsibility of enrich the collections thanks to scientific expeditions. In addition to this research, they collaborate with the pedagogs of the natural history museum for the organization of the collections.
