Sempron

Sempron is a processor of line entry of AMD which replaces the Duron. In competition with the Celeron of Intel, it results from the variation of two architectures from AMD, K7 and K8

Sempron: Socket has

It connects on Socket has Athlon, Athlon XP and Duron, and is not other than a Athlon XP with core Thorton laying out of 256 Kio of mask of level 2 and a bus EV6 166 MHz GDR .
