Selim Rauer
Selim Rauer (born with Paris in 1978) is an author and director, in particular of Enfants of the Night according to Jean Cocteau, with the CDN of Nice/Riviera (2000), of Woyzeck of Georg Büchner, with the Cargo theater in Paris (2001), of Combat of negro and dogs of Bernard-Marie Koltès, with the German National theater of Weimar (2004).
He lives and works between Paris and Berlin. He is prize winner of Masterclass of the Festival of Salzburg in Austria (2003). He is the author of two poetic collections Rêve in Red and Fin of the Day which he publishes in France with the Bénévent Editions. He is published, amongst other things in the review " The Rule of Jeu" with the editions Grasset, and in various daily newspapers, weekly magazines and monthly magazines such as Release , the Gazette of Berlin and the magazine Theaters , for which it was corresponding for the countries of German language. It translates for the Arch Editor Radio Black and With my father of Albert Ostermaier.
In 2006 it founds with the editions Sine Causa Verlag the review Europa ; in September 2006 its first novel, the Passion of Pier , is published in the editions the Perseids.
