Selfishness

The selfishness is a character trait, the attitude of a person whose actions or ideas are only directed by its own interests, without taking into account the needs for others.
Often associated with a non-observance of others or unconcern. For example :
- an abusive use of an unspecified capacity.
Selfishness is opposed to the Altruisme.
Together tendencies or instincts which push the individual in the direction of his conservation and its development.
