Sejenane , also spelled Sejnane or Sejnène , is a city of the north of the Tunisia located at 100 kilometers in the North-West of Tunis.

Attached administratively to the Governorship of Bizerte, it constitutes a municipality of 4737 inhabitants.

It is a production center of Poterie S artisanal whose reasons would be Berber. They are symmetrical and convergent reasons, often figurative, traced in red and black. Work would be exclusively female and its mainly intended use for the conservation and cooking of food contrary to the glazed pottery of Nabeul.

German technical collaboration (GTZ) set up, during the years 1980 and 1990, a firm experimental for the safeguarding of the wetlands of the Marais of Sejenane.

Sejenane in addition remains an important center for the Hibernation and the Sédentarisation of the Cigogne S.
