Seiken Sugiura

Seiken Sugiura (杉浦正健 Sugiura Seiken , born the July 26th 1934, is a Politician Japan board. It was named Ministre for Justice the October 31st 2005, at the time of a consecutive cabinet reshuffle to the re-election of the First liberal minister Junichiro Koizumi. In the name of its convictions Buddhist S, it imposed a moratorium of the executions during the eleven months that it passed to the head of this ministry, until its replacement, at the time of the nomination of the government of Shinzo Abe the September 26th 2006, by Jinen Nagase.

Before being a Minister for Justice, Seiken Sugiura was an in particular diplomat; it was in particular implied in the peace process between the India and the Pakistan. He was also spokesperson of the preceding Koizumi government.
