Seigniory of Hebron

The Seigneurie of Hebron is one of the strongholds of the Royaume of Jerusalem. It is also named the seigniory of Saint-Abraham .

History

Hebron is one of the frank castles oldest of the kingdom. It was regularly given to knights of the kingdom, then of return to the Crown. The seigniory was definitively conquered by Saladin in 1187.

It is the area in the south of Jerusalem.
