Its Mastaba was discovered with Licht in the north of the chaussee of the Pyramide Sésostris {{Ier}}. Certain elements discovered in this tomb suggests that he lived until under the reign of Sésostris {{III}}.

The Metropolitan Museum off Art of New York preserves a statue of the large priest coming from sound mastaba and to which the style is very close to that of Senousertânkh which occupied the same load before him. Contrary to its predecessor, the statue of Sehotepibrêankh is intact, and as its ancestor represents it sitted on a cubic seat with the low file, the barechested and the capped head of a ceremonial wig.
