Sefyu

Sefyu of its true name Youssef Soukouna, its pseudo is thus its first name in Verlan, Sefyu is a Rap fear of origin sénégalaise resident to Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis) in the Emmaüs city, unloading in the medium of French Hip Hop about 2002. Its title headlight, having revealed it with the eyes of the general public, is the Life Which Goes With .

Biography

After having left the training center of Arsenal FC because of a serious wound, it begins a career of rappor. It appears for the first time on compilation Let us can Say Not II with " the fight libère" , and then took part has several other compilations ( Pur Its Ghetto , Angry Talents , etc).

Member of group NCC ( Natural Short-circuit ) and of the collective G-8, it made known himself general public while collaborating with Rohff on the album the Pride as of ours .

Its voice and its personality will be worth to him to make featuring with the great names of the French rap such as Rohff, Ritmo or K-Bine (for the albums) but also Passi, Sniper and Daddy Lord C (for the scenic services). Sefyu also took part in the Francofolies of the La Rochelle in 2001.

Sefyu does not hesitate to leave the word to singers of R&B as in the majestic quartet of " A point it is tout" on its new album and composed with the assistance of Anonymus (Sofiane Drif de Dugny). In 2005, it leaves its first Cd entitled “Molotov 4” and mixed by Kore and Skalp. Success is with go and Sefyu manages to be made a place in the closed circle of the French rap. In April 2006, Sefyu leaves its first album with 18 titles to the combative texts.

The particular style of Sefyu is characterized by its dark voice but especially by its expressions which one badly finds in step his pieces: " Crrr! " , " Senegalo Ruskov" , " Crouille" , " Seeeefyu! " , " Bollos" , " Herrrgh! , " Senegalo Ruskov Molotov" , or " Ruskov Molotov". IT particularly affectionate the word game " Zer' efyu" , showing by there that it is " Zeref" , i.e. " venère"!

Another of its characteristics is never not to show its face, often hidden by its hood, a mask or a cap. Face which it hides by respect for those which pain to be made known and to prove that one can make good music while remaining in the shade, but also because his/her father refused to see his son returning in the world of the rap, since it kept this image of masked face.
