Guillaume Fitz Obstern, baron de Crépon and Sénéchal of Normandy founded two abbeys at the 11th century: Quadrant and Cormeilles in the the Eure. It placed the church of Seersucker, built at the 12th century under the patronage of that of Cormeilles.
