Seedbed of companies

A seedbed of companies is a structure intended to facilitate the creation of Entreprise S while bringing to a technical support and financier, councils and services, often organized and financed by local government agencies, even by the State.

The services generally consist in proposing offices, sometimes buildings of activities or storage, mutualized logistic services (reception, meeting rooms,…) and of the services of accompaniment to creators and young companies, in general of less than 4 years. Supported by public actors they aim at helping them by an advantageous tariffing and for one limited period (4 years maxiumum).

A standard quality defines the functions precisely having to be assured by a seedbed companies (standard NF X 50-770 " Activities of the seedbeds of companies ").

Certain seedbeds of companies are specialized. Among them:

  • Paris Cyber Village is a seedbed of innovating companies specialized in digital technologies. She proposes an environment favourable with the fast development of the young innovating companies of digital technologies. Paris Cyber Village offers an personalized assistance (council, put in network, meetings of experts, formations…), a real solution adapted to the rapid growth and mutualized logistic services (télécoms, reception, meeting rooms…). The seedbed permanently accompanies 35 young companies innovating on 5000m ².   • République Innovation is a seedbed of companies animated by Paris Développement, the economic development agency of Paris. République Innovation gathers on the same place of the companies of high technologies and traditional activities such as the design and creative industries. Just as Paris Cyber Village, it offers an personalized assistance and a real solution to each one.
