Sectorization in psychiatry

The sectorization in psychatrie is more than one installation, a recasting of the health-care system in Psychiatrie. It is a revolution compared to the Asile of the 19th century when the principle was hospitalocentrist.

For conceptual and conjonturelles reasons (the Holocaust, the Psychoanalysis, the Cultural revolution of 1968… etc), the Hôpital becomes, on the basis of two decrees (Years 1960 and 70) one of the element of the institution.
