Section of the Pantheon-French
The Section of the Pantheon-French was represented with the Commune of Paris by:
- Gadeau,
- Lorinet,
- P.L. Pâris (1759 - 1794), ex-professor of the humanities, guillotine the 11 Thermidor year (July 29th 1794).
First of all this section was called section of Holy-Genevieve and changed name in August 1792.
Territory: District of the Pantheon-French.
Population: very dense: 24.980 inhabitants, including 2.136 workmen and 2.630 lower-income group.
This section supported the national Convention on Thermidor 9 year (July 27th, 1794) during the fall of Maximilien de Robespierre, only one of its representatives lent oath to the Commune of Paris, it was guillotine on Thermidor 11 year (July 29th, 1794).
