Population: 10.950 inhabitants, including 1.360 workmen and 3.950 lower-income group.
This section supported the national Convention during the fall of Maximilien de Robespierre on Thermidor 9 year II (July 27th, 1794), except two of its representatives who lent oath to the Commune of Paris, it acts of Louis-François Dorigny and Mr. Wiltcheritz who were guillotines on Thermidor 11 year (July 29th, 1794).
