This section started by taking the name of the Child-Reds. In September 1792 it became section of the Marsh and, in June 1795, that of Man-Armed.
Territory: The hotel of Soubise (current Public records).
Population: 10.480 inhabitants, including 1.015 workmen and 360 lower-income group.
This section supported national Convention on Thermidor 9 year (July 27th, 1794) but its three representatives with the Commune of Paris, Jean Cazenave, J.E. Forester, PC Louvet them lent oath to the Commune of Paris, they were all three guillotines Thermidor the 10 and 11 year (July 29th and 28th 1794).
