• September 3rd:

• insurrection of the Jewish ghetto of Lakhva against the Nazis.

• September 4th:

• Departure of the 28e convoy of deportation of the Jews of France, the Camp of Drancy towards Auschwitz: 1013 deportees, 26 survivors in 1945.

• September 7th:

• Departure of the 29e convoy of deportation of the Jews of France, the Camp of Drancy towards Auschwitz: 1000 deportees, 34 survivors in 1945.

• September 9th:

• Departure of the 30e convoy of deportation of the Jews of France, the Camp of Drancy towards Auschwitz: 1000 deportees, 42 survivors in 1945.

• On order of the general Władysław Sikorski, a Polish army is reformed in Iraq (Armed Polish with the East), starting from the troops based with the the Middle East and of the Polish forces of the USSR evacuated towards the Iran.
