• February 4th:

• Conference of Yalta joining together in secrecy the the United States, the United Kingdom and the the USSR (Feb. 4-11) represented by Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin. The Alliés are committed organizing free elections in Europe, after the victory, in fact they shared the zones of influence in Europe between the the United States and the Soviet Union.

• February 10th, the ship of German transport Steuben is cast at sea Baltique by a Soviet submarine

• February 13rd:
• the Soviet army penetrates in Budapest.

• February 13rd - February 15th:

• British and American Bombardments on Dresden. Most of the city is destroyed. Hundreds of thousands of deaths.

• February 19th:

• the Marines of the the United States invade Iwo Jima

• February 23rd:

• the forces of the the United States set up the American flag with the Suribachi mount on Iwo Jima.

• February 25th:

• the Turkey declares the war with the Germany and the Japan.
