Second district of the Seine-Maritime

The second district of the Seine-Maritime is one of the 12 French legislative districts which account the department of the Seine-Maritime (76) located in area High-Normandy.

Geographical and demographic description

The second district of the Seine-Maritime is delimited by the electoral Découpage of the law n°86-1197 of the November 24th 1986 , it gathers the following administrative divisions: Cantons of Wood-Guillaume, Boos, Darnétal, Mount-Saint-Aignan.

According to the general Census of the population in 1999, carried out by the National institute of the Statistics and Economic studies (INSEE), the population of this district is estimated at 116566 habitants^,.
