• Canton of Dinan-West
• Canton of Évran
• Canton of Matignon
• Canton of Plancoët
• Canton of Plélan-the-Small
• Canton of Pléneuf-Valley-Andre
• Canton of Ploubalay.

According to the general Census of the population in 1999, carried out by the National institute of the Statistics and Economic studies (INSEE), the total population of this district is estimated at: 105119 habitants^, .
