The Second War Balkan sees the victorious states of the First Balkan War, just finished on May 30th, 1913 by the signature of the Traité of London, to dispute the skins of the Ottoman Empire in June - July 1913. She opposes the expansionist Bulgaria to her old allies of the First War: Serbia, the Greece, the Montenegro, and the Romania which are united then with the Turkey. She concludes herself by the defeat from the Bulgaria which loses with the Traité of Bucharest the main part of the territorial profits that allotted to him previously the Traité of London.
