Etymology

The Blason of the city represents a lion upright with a crown. It symbolizes its early allegiance with the King de France.

the fort of Seclin, called Strong Duhoux, fact part of the fortifications inhabitants of Lille of the system of the System Séré de Rivières, it was built between 1875 and 1880. It is an example in very good state.
