Sebastien Huyghe , Political man French, born the October 25th 1969 with Béthune (Pas-de-Calais). He is clerk of notary.

He is elected appointed the June 16th 2002, for XIIe legislature (2002 - 2007), in the Fifth district of North. He belongs to the group UMP, and is member of the reformers.
