During this period, Maple Leafs were champion of the Coupe Stanley twice: in 1932 and 1942.

This period includes/understands the seasons between 1942 and 1967. During this amount of time, the six same teams disputed the Coupe Stanley. They are the teams following:

Canadian of Montreal,
the Bruins of Boston,
the Red Wings de Détroit,
the Rangers of New York,
the Blackhawks of Chicago,
and finally Maple Leafs.

During this period, Maple Leafs were champion of the Coupe Stanley with nine recoveries: in 1945, 1947, 1949, 1951, 1962, 1963, 1964 and 1967.

Modern times

This period corresponds to every year in the LNH since the expansion of the league in 1967. For this period, the number of team has not ceased increasing to arrive in 2007 at 30 franknesses.

Since this expansion, Maple Leafs never gained the Coupe Stanley.
