Season LNH 1921-1922
The season 1921 - 22 is the fifth season of the National league of hockey. Each team played 24 parts.
Regular season
It was the first season with the new system of qualification for the eliminatory Séries of the Coupe Stanley. Indeed, in the old system, the season was divided into two parts and a classification was made at the conclusion of these two parts of seasons. The two teams finishing at the head these two classifications met League finally. If the same team gained the two parts, it reached directly finally of the Cut (case of the Senators d' Ottawa in 1919-20.In the new system, the classification is carried out only at the end of the whole of the season and at this time there, the two teams finishing in first and second position clash finally.

The final took place between the St Patricks of Toronto and the Senators d' Ottawa.- March 11th: Toronto 5 - 4 Ottawa
- March 13rd: Ottawa 0 - 0 Toronto
Finale of the Stanley Cut
The final of the Stanley Cut takes place between the Millionnaires of Vancouver (Pacific Coast Hockey Association) and the Toronto St Patricks, by alternating the rules of the PCHA and those of the LNH.-
March 17th: Millionaires 4 - 3 Toronto
- March 20th: Toronto 2 - 1 Millionaires (in prolongation)
- March 23rd: Millionaires 3 - 0 Toronto
- March 25th: Toronto 6 - 0 Millionaires
- March 28th: Toronto 5 - 1 Millionaires
Toronto gains the series 3 matches with 2 as well as the Coupe Stanley.
