Season LAH 1989-1990
The season 1989 - 90 of the American Ligue of hockey was the 54e season of the league. Fourteen teams played each one 80 matches of regular season. The Indians de Springfield gained their fifth Coupe Calder.
Two new trophies were created at the time of this 54e season, both rewarding the winners of divisions in eliminatory series:
- Northern Division: Trophy Richard F. Canning.
- Southern Division: Trophy Robert W. Clarke.
