This article presents the guide of the 24 episodes of the second season Feuilleton televised Lost, the missings .

Episode 1: the Descent

He is made a puncture of drug and is surprised by a deaf blow. At once it is equipped to defend its apartment, which is in fact at the bottom of the tunnel from which Locke comes to make jump the trap door. In top, Jack and Locke observe the opening under the trap door, it is a well of square section deep of at least 15 meters, in which descends the beginning from a scale. Noting that the scale is broken and does not allow to reach the bottom, they must give up using the structure to hide the group. They realize that the word Forty is written inside the trap door (what would like to say that they are in a contaminated zone).
    Au camp of Cave S, Shannon share in forest to seek Dog, and has vision of Walt soaked, oozing, which tries to say something to him.
    Locke and Kate, which saw the monster clearly at the time of the attack, agrees on the fact that it is about a black cloud.
    Locke decides to go down in the structure in spite of the opinion of Jack, Kate joined it, descends the first by a cord from fortune (a cable braiding of the Avion) that Locke retains, and is made remove in a large flash of light in time arrived in bottom.   • Comment : Locke known as with Desmond that the Avion was crashé 44 days before, and that they are 43 survivors (it does not know that Walt and Jin disappeared).
    Lorsque Kate lights the light, it sees all the provisions with the logo of the island; this scene points out the scene of the '' Prisonnier '' when it opens its wall cupboard for the first time in the Village and finds there all preserves with the logo of the Village. Several other parallels can be drawn with this series: prisoners on one (supposed) island they do not know where it is, the rôdeur/le cloud noir.
    Au park, Michael offers to Walt a polar bear.
    Lorsqu' they return on the island, considering the position of the sun, they arrive rather by the south, but it is perhaps right a risk of tournage.
    Lorsque Sawyer joined another piece of the raft, one sees passing the shark during a quarter of second. The image on pause reveals that the shark “is tagué” by the initials of the Projet Dharma.

Episode 3: 108 minutes

A small film dating from end of the year 1970 explains to them why it is station 3, a species of experimental laboratory in various research, assembled by the foundation Dharma initiative , envisaged to function with two people, and that because of a particular condition of safety related to the magnetic anomaly of the island, it is necessary to push the button every 108 minutes (if not, some-thing of terrible arrives). When Kelvin died, Desmond took the changing, and it waits to be raised with its tour.
    Dans their pit, Michael, Sawyer and Jin is joined by Ana-Lucia, which survived the crash landing, then, during all this time, only on this island, before being caught by the armed group (the account passes to 43 survivors). They find Jin on the beach, then Michael and Sawyer (after the shipwreck of their raft) which they capture. They decide to release them, (46e day) then to join the group of Jack (47e day). 48e day: Cindy disappears (more than four) and Ana-Lucia car on Shannon.
  • Comment : Once again it is announced us that the Avion was making half-turn at the time of the crash landing, one cannot thus nothing say direction of the Avion at the time of the crash landing, nor thus of the orientation of the beach which made face.
    L' episode there indicates the number of days to us as the adventures proceed, the account starts at day 1: the day of the crash landing, the radio operator contact of Boone is indicated the 41e day that one had counted 40e for him (to be corrected).
    La resemblance enters the names " Nathan" and " Ethan" we pushes to believe that Ana-Lucia rightly and that Nathan is well the mole.

  • Comment : We seldom have characters as complex as Ana-Lucia in televised works. The character occupies from the start the role of hero, it is the leader of the group of tail, and is already given a strong capital of sympathy since its flirt started with Jack (by associativeness). But it is Paranoïa that, and inefficient in its trade of police officer. Indeed, it was let draw above, then assassinated its attacker; on the island, it misses identifying the intruder and Nathan delivers indirectly to him, and finally it makes a bur on Shannon. Jack also has its defects, mainly to let itself carry by its feelings with irrational actions in certain crisis situations.

  • Comment : Finally we have a good sight on the black cloud and the way in which it moves. The experiment of Eko in this episode is surely the same one as that of Locke when it met the monstre.
    Michael manages to communicate with Walt; in normal weather, the prompt is blocked apart from the seizure of the code, but the communication seems to be established on the initiative of Walt.

Episode 11: In enemy territory

    Jack, after one moment of hesitation, known as with the bearded man who they have been on the island for 50 days. Either it is mistaken, or it does not count to the first day (or we are mistaken).

Episode 12: the Baptism

Aaron is better. In arms manufacture, a remark of Henry revives with violence at Locke its competition of with Jack.
  • Comment : All the flashbacks of Claire are located after the crash.
    Nous have a better idea of than are the “Others” after that: it is an organized and modern group. They are dissatisfied that Ethan failed (thanks to Hurley which located it) in its mission of making a list of the interesting people (like the traitor had done it in the group of tail); and they report to a chief that they do not name and that they fear (another parallel with the series '' the Prisoner '' ('' The Prisoner '' (1967)).
    On has evil to include/understand why, considering the importance of discovered Kate and memories of Claire, no discussion is committed on this subject with the other survivors. The subject will be tackled only two episodes later, by Kate and only in the presence of Jack, without that not seeming really to upset it…

At the time when Michael recovers his/her son and flees in boat, Hurley is released; Jack, Kate and Sawyer are in a bad posture. The season is completed in a polar research station where scientists announce with ex-been engaged of Desmond, Penelope Wildmore, to have located an electromagnetic anomaly.
