Sea eagle (comics)

Origin

Former serviceman reconverted as a mercenary, Simon Maddicks was engaged by Brand Corporation, a subsidiary company of Roxxon Oil Company, which tried out on him material bionics. He accepted the code name of Sea eagle and infiltrated a rival organization. He faced Ulysses Bloodstone the hunter of monsters, and finished in the coma.

When it awoke, it was with amnesic half. He faced then Spider-Man and the Deer. Captured, he managed to flee.

One found it later under the name of Harols Simmons, bodyguard of the president of Brand Corp., James Melvin. It protected this last from the revenge on the Fire-merry , then left its statute of employee.

It engaged the Bricoleur to improve his equipment and made use for attacks of bank but was stopped of it again by Spider-Man.

During its career of masked criminal, he also fought against Moon Knight, Miss Hulk and Captain America.

He joined thereafter a group named Air Force, carried out by Cardinal. The squadron faced the New Warriors. At the end, the group was dismantled and the imprisoned survivors.

It was released on word by the SHIELD against its services. One asked him to deliver the Handyman, but it fell into a trap from this last and was electrocuted.

The weather was its reappearance very recently, within the Thunderbolts, at the time of the story-arc Civil War . Sea eagle belonged to super-unpleasant constrained to work for the government to avoid the prison.

Capacities

Maddicks was improved by muscles bionics. It is faster and more extremely than a normal human being. It can raise nearly a ton.
It is a former soldier, very effective for any operation of infiltration and attack.
Its costume is covered with a fine layer of steel protecting it from the balls from small gauge and with a machine anti-gravity enabling him to fly to moderate pace.
Its gantelets is equipped with two pins being able to produce a very powerful electric arc.
