Sea-ground-ballistics-strategic

A strategic ballistic sea-to-ground missile ( MSBS ) - in English SLBM : Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile - is a Ballistic missile whose warhead contains one or more nuclear warheads , and who is launched since a Nuclear submarine launcher of machines in diving. This type of missiles arms the strategic nuclear forces; it constitutes, in the doctrines of Nuclear deterrence, the weapon of the second striking or retortion.
