SdKfz 11
The SdKfz 11 ( Sonderkraftfahrzeug 11 ) was a halftrack military German used by the Wehrmacht during the Second world war.
It was initially conceived as a tractor of Artillerie. The guns which it could tractor draw went from the anti-aircraft gun Flak 43 of 37 mm until the Obusier of countryside leFH 18 of 105 Misters On the ground, it however was regularly used to transport loads exceeding its theoretical capacity. This vehicle is little known but played a crucial role in the German effort of war and was in service of the beginning at the end of the war.
