The trade of scripte is one of the many trades of the audio-visual one.
In Television or Cinéma the scripte belongs to the team put in scene. The original terms designated an assistant particularly quasi a secretary of the director in load of the respect of the continuity of the scenario. Besides one indicates them also under the terms “ continuity servant boy (or girl )”.
In cinema
Partner of the production as much as realization, it holds also the newspaper of the day, assumes the reports/ratios of pulling of the image, assembly and production. It is the tangible aspect because " pratique" of its work.Thus taking care of the respect of the scenario and dialogs and continuity, he is systematically worried connections of setting in scene, catch of sights, costume, accessories, etc

In French the term is unspecified (masculine or female) with the difference of English: script-servant boy or script girl . Nevertheless - currently in any case -, this occupation is very mainly followed by women in France, which is not always the case elsewhere, in Mexico, for example where it is the traditional way to reach the realization.
