Scottish waltz
The Scottish Valse is a dance Folk which derives from the dances of living room. It in particular was integrated in the Breton repertory.
It consists for the couple with:
- to make 3 pas towards the left of the rider (line of riding),
- to mark an installation using an uplift
- to make 2 pas in the other direction
- make 2 pas towards the back of the rider then 2 in the other direction
- make whirl the riding one on itself (pastourelle)
- valser.
Another alternative consists in carrying out 4 pas towards the left of the rider then 2 towards its line.
